What You Need to Know About the New Subdivision in Gastonia

The people of Gastonia have something to look forward this year with the talks of a new subdivision being built on a rare pocket of undeveloped land. The area of over 22 acres is meant for the building of single family homes sized from 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. each. The average selling price is said to average about $300,000.

The development is to be built on land that is across from New Hope Elementary School and south of the community in Cramer Woods. This is going to be a great addition to the home buying sector.

This will be the very first development for LiveWell Homes in the Gaston County. Construction will begin in 6-8 months, with inventory homes and spec  construction beginning immediately after.
